The quiz reflects the rules in force after the July 2026 changes: 10 percent registration duty for non-citizen buyers, 10 percent land transfer tax for non-citizen sellers, USD 375,000 threshold for residency under PDS / IRS / Smart City, USD 500,000 under RES, MUR 6M threshold for the ground+2 apartment route.
